RESERVATIONS/CONDITIONS
Please read our conditions prior to requesting a reservation. If you
have any questions or concerns, we are happy to discuss them with you. Prior to
sending payment, please confirm vacancy.
DEPOSIT and PAYMENT METHODS
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold
your requested dates with the following options:
a. Western Union
b. Moneygram
c. Money Order + 3% per cost
d. Personal BANK checks + 3% per costs
e. Traveller checks: Master, Visa or American Express + 3% per
cost
They must be signed up and
down.
f. Paypal + 3%
HOW to RESERVE
Please, attach the following information with an e-mail to info@rentnbaires.com in order to reserve an
apartment:
- the apartment code (i.e. 805)
- the deposit amount, name of the person who sent the money, the serial
number that correlates the transaction
(serial number)
- the country and city of your departure
- the quantity/name's of the tenants and edges.
- the flight number and hour of your arrival
- personal contact information (e-mail addresses, telephone numbers)
- the name of the company you represent/work for (for corporate
accounts only)
- the list of extra services you would like (private Spanish lessons,
etc.)
*We can arrange to pick you up from the airport, please
inquire.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM at the Apartment
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM at the Apartment
***We will try to accommodate your needs, and are better able to do
so with notice***
Check-In Procedure:
A Rent N Baires staff member will
wait you in the apartment upon your arrival, where you will pay cash (U.S.
dollars or Argentinean pesos) during the check-in for the following:
1. 70% of the rent
2. Administration Fee: $40 USD.
3. Deposit of guarantee of $300-$1,000. Under certain conditions, the
deposit is more. Before you reserve the
apartment, we will notify you of the
exact deposit.
You will sign the contract, the building rules and the inventory
previously checked it. In this moment the guest receives the property
keys.
We also require a photocopy of your Passport(s) or National
I.D.(s) when you Check-In. It is required of ALL
TENANTS.
***Please have the money ready when you Check-In. This is important,
because we like to provide all of our customers with prompt service, and it's
probable that we have clients checking-in after you. We cannot wait more than 30
minutes to complete the Check-In process***
Late check in U$S 10 (from 8 pm to 8
am).
Check-Out Procedure:
A Rent N Baires staff member will
contact you and arrange a time to check you out of the apartment, usually
10:00AM. We will take inventory and inspect the apartment before returning
your deposit. The apartment must be in the same condition as it was previously
rented in order to retain your full deposit. The check-out process is approx. 25
minutes. Our goal is to return a FULL deposit and develop a long-term
relationship.If the apt was rented by several months and the tennant decides to
leave the apt before the final date of the contract the guarantee deposit cannot
be refunded as it is considered to be compensation for the owner on account of
contract breach.
Late check out U$S 10 (from 8 pm to 8
am).

Accommodating more guests in the facilities than what was previously
established in the contract is sufficient reason for eviction. Home owners and
Rent N Baires reserve the right to refuse
admission. If there are changes to your party, please notify us as soon as
possible, and we will do everything in our power to satisfy all
parties.
Rent N Baires is responsible for all reservation procedures, for a specified
property for the period stated by the guest. Should there be an unforeseen event
in the property prior to your arrival that will make your stay there
impossible,
Rent N Baires proposes
relocating you to another apartment of similar characteristics and amenities,
available at the time of your trip. We will do everything in our power to
satisfy your needs.
Temporary rent contracts are not prorogueables. They have an start
date, and a finish date, by that reason if the guest wished to prolong his stay
in the rented building, it will have to warn Rent N
Baires with the necessary anticipation for the preparation of a new
contract by the new period that will be agreed to and to make sure that the
property is not reserved by another guest. Minimum rent 3
days/nights.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If the guest cancels 30+ days prior to reservation, 50% of the
deposit is refundable. After this point, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the guest wants to shorten their stay upon arrival, the deposit
cannot be refunded as it is considered to be compensation for the owner on
account of contract breach.
