Baires?
For
years, I have been hosting people here in Buenos
Aires from
all around the world.
I have
family in California,
Washington,
Ireland,
Spain and
Italy.
Through them, I have met many people from all over making new friends along the
way. It is these different experiences and situations that have always helped me
feel connected to other cultures. I have always enjoyed these cross-cultural
relationships. However, I have also learned that these differences are subtle
and insignificant. I believe that we have a lot more in common than different
from one another.
During
these same past few years, I have also helped foreigners buy properties for
various reasons. In some cases, they may actually use them for one or two months
out of the year. They would then ask me to rent them out for the rest of the
year. Thanks to this, the apartments end up being lucrative
investments.
Many
executives or expatriates may prefer to rent apartments as well. International
companies contact me to arrange accommodations for their visiting staff. They
often find them more comfortable and always more economical than staying in a
hotel.
I had
always hosted out-of-town friends in my own home in Flores. Years
later, I started my first company called Rent N Buy Argentina.
